Golden Queen Fast Boat connects Bali with the Gili Islands and Nusa Penida. Golden Queen Fast Boat departs daily from Padang Bai harbor in east Bali to the Gili islands and stop over at Senggigi, Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Bangsal before returning to Padang Bai.

For the ferry route from Bali to Nusa Penida the boat departs from Sanur, additionally there is also a route to Nusa Penida from Padang Bai.

The ferry route from Bali to Lombok leaves every morning at 10:30 from Padang Bai harbour and the latest check-in time is 30 minutes before departure. For up to date schedules by date please use the ferry fare search box at the top of this page.

From Padang Bai the Golden Queen Fast Boat's first stop will be at Senggigi (Lombok) at 11:45, from Senggigi the boat will go to Gili Trawangan and arrive at Gili Trawangan at 12:15. From Gili Trawangan to  Gili Air and arrive at Gili Air at 12:35 with the last stopover at Bangsal at 13:00 before returning back to Padang Bai.

On route back to Padang Bai the fast boat will stopover at the Gili Islands again.

Golden Queen Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & No-show or late-arrival fee
100% Charge for any cancellation made within 3 days or no show all periods *
75% Charge for any cancellation made within 7 days or no show in high season periods *
50% Charge for any cancellation made within 14 days or no show in high season periods *

* Refunds are always minus any cancellation fees. We charge a $10 USD cancellation fee per booking.

The amount you'll be refunded when you cancel your booking will depend on the booking terms of the ferry company you're sailing with and the type of ticket you have booked. We'll let you know how much you'll be refunded before we cancel your booking so you can decide if you'd still like to cancel it.

Rescheduling
Rescheduling is based on seat availability and if made 48 hours prior to departure for the regular season and 96 hours prior to departure in high season there is no charge (1 July - 30 September). Otherwise, IDR 100.000 fee per ticket will be charged.

Connecting flights
Golden Queen will take in no way responsibility for delays or missing connecting flights.
